Registration and Transcripts
Intradistrict Transfers for 2026-2027
The 2026-2027 Intradistrict Transfer window is open October 10th, 2025- November 10th, 2025.
Beginning October 10th, through November 10th, 2025, the Intradistrict Transfer Application will be available for all schools. This application is only for students living within the MDUSD boundaries who want to attend a school other than their school of residence. The transfer applications links will be available on the District Website starting October 10th. If you already have an Intra-district transfer, you do Not need to reapply.
Registration
Registration is based on your home address.
STEP #1: Go to mdusd.org , click ENROLL and follow the prompts.
STEP #2: You will need the following documents with you when you go to the Enrollment Center after you complete Step 1.
- Current Car Registration PLUS current paystub, PG&E Bill (In Your Name AND Showing Your Address) or two (2) other government issued document, such as SS benefit mail AND/OR lease agreement (2 doc's needed)
- Your student's current transcript and last report card (neither need to be official)
- Your student's complete immunization record.
- Your student's birth certificate.
- Your student's 504 or IEP, if either is applicable
- If appropriate, any court documents regarding guardianship.
STEP #3: After you meet requirements and are Approved or "Enrolled", please call the Registrar's office at 925-682-8000, extension 3311 to request an appointment to complete the enrollment process. This step is ONLY by appointment with me, Jane Kwiatkowski, CHS Registrar

PARENTS! If you have MOVED, please let me know ASAP! Students with "bad addresses" might be dropped. Proof of residence must be presented IN PERSON at the Enrollment Center to verify.
Concurrent College Enrollment
CHS does allow students to take select classes, concurrently through DVC, LMC and Contra Costa College. Start by establishing an account through the applicable college site and you will find information for enrollment.
You need to FIRST meet with your CHS Academic Counselor then the Principal needs to approve the class, via the link below.
Transcripts
ALL Transcripts and Verifications are ONLY available through Parchment (Click the Image)
Please click on the above link, complete the information requested and your transcript will be sent on your behalf within 48 to 72 hours, M-F, excluding holidays.
Education Verifications will also be processed via Parchment, and will run on the same timeline; it is imperative that those include ALL names the student may have been enrolled under, as well as the full DOB, to properly process.
